YOUR SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING!!!!

My husband bought me a pair of K-Way hiking boots in approximately May last year for R1699.00 from your Greenstone branch. I did a lot of kilometres in them (I walk about 5 kilometres a day seven days a week with my dogs) but unfortunately they split at the sole in July this year. I returned to your store in Greenstone and was assisted By Emmanuel. I was unable to find the invoice and he said that he would swop the boots for me. He was unable to find the same boots and asked me to return, as he would try and source the same pair at another store. He was unfortunately not able to and asked me to choose another pair of boots, which I did at a price of R1499.00. He credited my old boots and still refunded me the R200 difference. I am blown away by this unbelievably good service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very courteous. What a good manager!!!!I have never experienced such good service in my entire life and I am 53 years old. Your assistant Lerato was also very good and sooooo helpful. I am delighted delighted delighted…OUTDOOR WAREHOUSE ROCKS!!!! I shall definitely spread the word about your excellent customer care. Your staff are always so helpful in this shop. I shall definitely buy from this store again.
