Outdoor Warehouse doesnt abide by the South African Consumers Rights

i bought an intex airbed from OutdoorWwarehouse on 1 June 2021. in the time from then till now 7 June 2021 i noticed that the matress is unsafe in regards that at full recommended pressure if a person rolls over to cose to the edges the mattress tips over and a person ends up on the floor. its a very unsafe situation. now today the 7 June 2020 i took it back to outdoor warehouse in bellville and requested a refund as it was still within the 7 day period and there was no other airbed that they have that i wanted. only to be told that they dont or wont give me a refund. so now im sitting with R1800 mattress i cant use. what ever happened to stores following the consumer rights saying by section 2(d) point 2 stating: "Consumers may return defective or unsafe goods and request a full refund, provided it is done within a reasonable period" now is 6 days not a reasonable period of time? all i need is my money back so i can purchase a different one as i use it every day.
