Outdoor warehouse Bedworthpark-Vereeniging

On the 06/03/2022 i went to Outdoor warehouse Bedworthpark-Vereeniging to purchase a Intex Dura-beam delux mattress for R1999.00 as advertised. On the 11/03/2022 we went camping whereby by used the Intex mattress for the first time,it was unboxed inside the tent for the first time after the purchase on the 06/03/2022. I use 8mm foam roll up matts underneath my mattresses. As usual we rolled out the foam matts first then opened up the Intex mattress. Very excited to sleep on the mattress we had a horrible experience whereby we had to start up the **** every to 2 hour's. We continued the night like this till the next morning,i drove back to Outdoor warehouse Bedworthpark-Vereeniging on the morning of 12/03/2022 to find out if i can get a replacement for the faulty mattress. Up on arrival we spoke to the cashier or shop floor assistant and explained exactly what we experienced. She went to the shop manager office to explain the problem to her,she came back to us and had to inspect the mattress. We both found 4 pinched marks on the bottom side of the mattress. The shop manager then said that they dont cover puncher damages. Its clear that with the packaging it was damaged,after an argument she only provided me with a patch kit for the mattress. This is very poor/ridiculous service from Outdoor warehouse. Its a brand new item that was faulty. I'm now sitting with a new Intex mattress with 4 patches. I took photos of campsite,tent,tent floor and foam matts inside as we setup camp to show the Shop floor manager exactly how everything has been setup. She just refused to exchange the mattress. Spending money on a proper mattress and to find it faulty is not acceptable.
