Outdoor warehouse bad service

Absolutely bad service. My family and I shopped at outdoor warehouse Eden Meander and our shop assistant decided to just take his lunch break mid-way helping us buy our tent. He just sends the new assistant and forgets items on our order due to this pathetic service. Like a waiter change half way through my meal with the family. Pathetic
