Outdoor Warehouse

I ordered a Stanley Cup quencher on 21 December 2024. Ever since then, I have never received any email updates. I tried to call them; a lady said I should go to a warehouse in PE to fetch it, yet I stay 1000 km away from where she’s sending me. I am so disappointed in the lady that attended to me on the call because after that she did not give me clear answers as to what I should do, nor was an email sent to me. This shop is bull****.
