Outdooor warehouse has the most disinterested staff

Went to the branch at Woodlands Boulevard today. Was interested in their dark glasses, but couldn't get an assistant to help me so that the glasses could be unlocked. The people in front of me spent 3 minutes waiting at the empty counter, waiting for anyone to take their money. I went and found a shop assistant, and was told "the keys are behind the counter". Seriously the most disinterested staff I've ever seen in any shop. They certainly don't want to assist customers or take their money.
