Online store NOT free delivery con

I bought a reflecto tent cover from the online store. On the advert it states Free Delivery to Main Centres but I was charged R200 for delivery and when I queried it I was told by the Regional Manager Vaughan Frankiewicz that the item was large and hence the delivery fee was applicable and it was indicated in their T&Cs. Nowhere on the advert did it state the size or weight of the product. Very disappointed with their management's take on it and the disregard for customer service. BEWARE WHEN ORDERING ONLINE from the online store.
