Non existent service from Outdoor Warehouse customer service and on-line team.

I bought stuff on-line on Monday 7th March. By Wednesday 9th March my order was not reflecting on the system. The service received from their so called customer service and on-line team is pathetic and non-existent. I eventually had to phone their head office on Friday. To date, I have still received no response from their on-line team. Really shocking and non-existent service. It makes me think they are a **** after reading some of the reviews below. My advice is be very wary ordering on-line from them. Rather go to another supplier.
