noco jumpstart

i bought a noco battery start from outdoor warehouse in 2019,the product last untill december 2020,i took it to them and ask if it is still under warranty which they confirmed and i book it in for repairs..jan 2021 they informed me it is out of warranty and the noco can not be repaired...i ask them how is it possible to sell products at more than 4000 rand and if something happen with the product after 1 year,you can just discard it...that is wat will happen...i was not satisfied with the answer and one week later they contact me,(dont know if it was because of my helopeter review) and ask if i would pay 899 rand for a new replacement noco....i was not very happy but at this stage i said yes for the offer as i will be paying more then 5000 rand for my total purchase instead of losing more then 4000 rand....
