No returns at Outdoor Warehouse or Merrell

I bought Merrell shoes at Outdoor warehouse Witbank on 4 July for R1600.00 , one week later the shoes started breaking. When I returned them to the Manger Isebel she explained that Outdoor Warehouse takes no responsibility and that they needed to take the shoes back to Merrell before any refund or new shoes can be issued.

It has been 1 month. The manager is full of promises each time I call, but that is all. No refund. No response. No shoes. No money back and all she does is blame the supplier Merrell.

Stay away from Outdoor warehouse and Merrell SA.
