No response after handing in a sleeping bag

Good day,<br> <br> I handed in a sleeping bag on 24 January to have work done on it at Woodlands Outdoor Warehouse in Pretoria.. The reference number is : ***. I received an sms indicating that I will receive regular updates. I have not received a single update. I called the store two weeks ago (around 14February to get an update). They basically had nothing to say more promises to make. Two weeks have passed and again I hear nothing. It seems I will wait indefinitely ? I need an update TODAY. The store does not answer the calls. The national call centre also does not answer their phone.
