No feedback after numerous calls

Good day<br> <br> I have never experienced such BAD service ever !<br> We bought a tent from Outdoor warehouse Zambezi, where we set up the tent and made it wet as per instructions. Were we saw some of the seems were not properly closed off. We took the tent back to be sent to the supplier on the 7th of February 2016 ***. We have phoned numerous times and no one gets back. No one answers the phone, we have been to the store and now the sales person who helped us is no longer working there. And we are still waiting for response. We will be going camping en of March and would really like the feedback today.<br> <br> Your soonest response would be highly appreciated as I see a lot of complaints for outdoor warehouse.<br> <br> Kind regards<br> <br> Louisa
