Never use Outdoor warehouse online ordering

Never use outdoor warehouse for online ordering. Shocking costumer service, non existant managers.. Staff clearly don't have managers according to them. So frustrated that a parcel is sitting in Durban... It would have been easier and quicker to drive there to collect it.
