Never again Outdoor Warehouse Boksburg / Terrick

I bought a set of Zartek Pro 8 two way radios in June 2015. They stopped working.<br> <br> Sunday the 29 November 2015 I tried to exchange them.<br> The young lady behind the counter Juanita was very pleasant and helpful, I explained to her that I need the two radios for when I go on leave in two weeks time. She tried a direct exchange but had to call the manager, Terrick.<br> <br> Terrick had a don't care, not and Outdoor Warehouse problem attitude..<br> Terrick wanted to charge me a Courier fee to send the faulty product to the supplier, He went so far as stating that they only cover an exchange policy for 30 days, which he indicated is on the payment slip, I still can't find that clause on the fine print. He is thus a blatant ****.<br> <br> I find it very distasteful, it's an Outdoor Warehouse approved product which they endorse but now Terrick throws he's hands in the air and distances himself and Outdoor Warehouse.<br> Further to this I have a huge problem with the Courier fee. How can Outdoor Warehouse charge the customer for a faulty product.<br> <br> Thanks Terrick and Outdoor Warehouse for making your problem my problem.<br> I will now deal with Zartek directly and sort it out with them.
