Merrell Ridgeway hiking boots

Due to the nature of my work, I wear hiking boots - daily. Started to wear the REPLACEMENT BOOTS on 3 November 2017. Soles are separating. Photos and video sent to store manager on 22 Dec 2017. Agent in SA (Bass Marketing in Cape Town) insist of having the footwear to determine abuse. Not much willingness to accommodate customer needs.
