Just A Shout Out For Authentic Genuine Customer Care!!!

I recently purchased two products at the store that didn't really work for me. And when I spoke to the store manager about it because both products were purchased between 30/01/20 - 02/02/20, I received authentic genuine customer care from him and his team. They went out of their way to help me out in terms of swapped out one and processing a refund for the other. They were team awesome in my eyes because they cared that much not because the customer is always right which I know is not true as a business owner myself.
