Is Outdoor warehouse online a ****

I purchased goods online on the 25th November 2021 and I'm still waiting for the delivery. I started making follow ups on Monday the 13th December 2021 with Customer care and they were unable to trace and track my orders. They told me to write an email with all the details, of which I did and they responded to only one email stating that they will dispatch the order on the same afternoon. On Tuesday when I made a follow-up with customer care it was a totally different story that they told me to contact the Online department directly. I spoke with Mikayla and she said she'll get back to me in five to ten minutes. That never happened. I called again after two hours and spoke to Treasure and he promised to give feedback. That never happened. I made follow-up again on Wednesday and spoke with Mikayla and she said they are waiting for the courier with NO timelines whatsoever. It's frustrating because if the courier gets back next year I must still be patient and hopeful that I will receive the goods.
