Great Service, beyond what was expected...

Purchased a National Luna 90l camping fridge from the store in Montana on the 21st Dec. Fridge worked perfectly for the entire holiday, but noticed a strange \air bubble"had formed at the bottom of the freezer section when cleaning it on our return. took the fridge back to them on Saturday morning completely aware that manufacturers have not yet opened and would probably need to leave the fridge with them to have assessed when everyone was back at work. everyone was very helpful in getting my details and understanding what the problem is and assured me they would have feedback for me as soon as possible. It was at that point that the manager came across and got involved and had a look at the fridge. He immediately suggested that he speak to the regional manager as he had never before seen a fault like that on the camping fridges. He made a quick call and promptly asked the staff to get a brand new replacement for me and even insisted in loading it in to the back of my car. I've never had to return anything to that store before"
