Great Service

I received a LED Lenser H7 headlamp as a present a year ago. The charging point of the headlamp got damaged. I was not sure where the unit was bought. I noticed that Outdoor Warehouse was retailing this brand.<br> <br> I took the headlamp to the Centurion branch. They accepted it, I paid a nominal shipping fee, and they send it off to get a costing to get the unit repaired.<br> <br> A couple of weeks later I was contacted by both SMS and telephone. The outcome was not repair the headlamp, but in fact to exchange it for not only a brand new unit, but the latest (upgraded) model.<br> <br> I visited the Centurion Gate branch and was handed a brand new LED Lenser H7R2 headlamp, no fuss at all.<br> <br> Great service!<br> Regards, Fanie Swart
