Great customer service from an employee.

A product I wanted became unavailable online, so I contacted a few stores and tried to get the product in my size. The Pietermaritzburg store, that was not in my area, they had my size, but they couldn't deliver to me.

I then phoned the Randburg store, which was in my area, but they didn't have my size. They informed me they are not able to get it from one of the other stores in the area, or from the supplier.

I then phoned the Outdoor Warehouse store at Woodmead shopping centre. They also did not have the size I wanted, but the employee I spoke to made a plan, and organised with his boss to order my size from a store that had it. The employee then kept that pair, and one size smaller, aside for me to fit on.
