Good Service At Alberton Outdoor Warehouse

I would like to commend the people at Alberton Outdoor Warehouse, especially Portia, Rachel and Sean for finding me a part off a Go-Pro attachment.<br> <br> I had given up hope of finding a replacement part when they went and dug around in the back and came up with a newer model of what I was looking of. Unfortunately the part did not fit which prompted them to call around for the part. I was browsing around the shop for at least 30 minutes during which time one of the ladies was on the phone trying to find what I was looking for. I eventually left, thinking OK that's it, Im not going to find what Im looking for.<br> <br> Monday morning I got a call from Sean informing me that, not only did they manage to source the part that I am looking for but it's free. This afternoon I went there and they promptly fitted the part with a smile and off I went without even reaching into my pocket.<br> <br> Well done guys! In a world of bad service out there, it was a breath of fresh air getting exceptionally good service from you!
