Fourways showing world class service

I have been a caravanner for about the last 30 years. On my last holiday I decided to take out the tent and found a broken fiberglass pole. I decided to contact my local Outdoor Warehouse (Fourways) and spoke to Kevin who stated he would gladly assist in repairing the pole. Unfortunately due to work circumstances I had to arrive at the branch during his lunch break. He was so professional that he sacrificed his lunch and assisted me for about 1 hour to ensure the pole is 100% repaired and even showed me how to do it in case I got stuck in the 'bush'.
