Firts Accent double person hammock

Hello Peter , i have bought a liteweight double person hammock 2 years ago , and i love it , can carry 200 kg , you set it up easy , and is made from a ripstop meterial , meaning once a tear start the meterial would not rip , well one day I used my hammock and realised a small tare that was stoped by the ripstop meterial , but it started unraveling, with a tare opening up larger than 15 cm , wonderfull how the advertised work is not done , then when i send it via Outdoorwarehouse to be fixed , well i payed 100 rand to courier the hammock over the country but still not fixed , so why would I buy A First Accent Lightweight double person hammock , use it enough it wil disintergrate , and the price for using a companies products , and using there customer care line , end up in you not getting your product in a workable fassion , 100 down , and what should be the best outdoor supplier is selling ****s in a can.
