False Advertising?

Unfortunately the lowest I can go is one star. On Tuesday, 11 June, I placed an order and paid for it in the online store. The website said the item was in stock. Until now I have not heard anything. I called this morning to find out what is happening and was told there is a 'delay', in my book no stock. From other reports about this store they seem to be running online ****s as they advertise 'IN STOCK', get their payment up front and then it's a waiting game. Not even the courtesy to communicate they are having stock problems!
