Exchanging faulty camping equipment

Bought a double bed stretcher, as I got home so that a link was broken , returned it to Outdooe Ware house no hassels and were changed for another one in perfect condition. Theladoes working at the desk was friendly and professional , the assistant checked the new one with me to ensure all parts on tact. This is a place that values their customers. Thats why I am willing to travel from Springs all the way to Boksburg for my camping needs.
