Excellent Service

<p>As we are frequent Campers we enjoy browsing around in Outdoor Warehouse Witbank. A while ago we bought a Canvas Tent, as explained to us by the Sales Person, we wet the tent various times to get it to "seal". Sadly on our camping experience, the water was pouring in through the Tent! The following Monday we went back to the Store, Isabell assisted us and explained they would pitch the Tent and check it for us. She phoned me the Thursday and, when I got to the store she had replaced the Tent. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with her, she was so friendly, helpful and professional. What an awesome experience dealing with such capable Staff and Management! We will definitely pay a litte more, for not only quality products but also the BEST SERVICE from Outdoor Warehouse Witban****</p>
