Essentially accused of *****

I was in the market for a Go Pro Hero 4 Black camera. A competitor of yours had the camera for sale for R 7995, but when I did a Google search I found the same product advertised on your website for R 7500 ( [URL Removed] ). As a result I visited your Willowbridge branch with the intention of buying both the camera and accessories for it. This was at 14:00 on Friday 8 May 2015.<br> <br> The camera was priced at R 7995 in your branch and so I asked the assistant why it was priced that high when your website indicated a lower price. He went and called the branch manager who proceeded to tell me that the price I had seen on your website was impossible and that I must have doctored a screenshot on my phone to have it display that price. Your branch manager effectively accused me of attempting to de***** your store and he did this in front of staff and clients.<br> <br> I walked out and went straight to your competitor where I spent R 13500 on both the camera and accessories.<br> <br> Your branch manager and/or store was not obliged to sell the camera to me for R 7500 - your branch manager should have (1) apologised and (2) simply stated that there was a misunderstanding.<br>
