Efficient and friendly staff

Every time I walk into the outdoor warehouse shop in Klipfontein Road, Cape Town I am completely impressed by the friendly professional attitude of the staff and manager. They are helpful without being intrusive and really know their products and where everything is located. It just makes me want to buy everything in that shop just to have the pleasure of Seriously good staff service, which you don’t see often these days. The larger chains should take a feather out of a cap of this particular store.
