Disappointing online performance from Outdoor Warehouse

If you are using Outdoor Warehouse Online Sales, be prepared for a lengthy wait. I ordered an outdoor waistcoat and received confirmation of my order. After 7 days of absolutely no communication nor delivery, I called customer service. As a result of my call, my order has now been prioritized and I will receive it, hopefully, 10 days after ordering it. You may suspect I live in Timbaktu, but I don't - try Cape Town.
