details wrong on long awaited quote

Good day, I requested a quote from Outdoor warehouse Centurion as a matter of urgency. That was 09h00 on 27 Jan 2016. On the 28th of October, at about 10h30, I phoned again to inquire where my quote is. Only at 14h11 that afternoon, I received the quote. <br> When reading it, I saw that everything I told her to put on the quote (like the company name, company address, VAT numbers etc, -- that took me about 20 min to spell everything over and over again, was ignored and only my name was on the quote. <br> <br> Now I will have to phone in again, start all over and most probably have to spell everything again. The money is ready but my company cant pay if they don't have all the correct details. The work is paying it for me as it is my 15 year gift<br> <br> It just looks like Outdoor Warehouse doesn't care to make money anymore. <br> Please can I have the manager to phone me this time (and not Meriam) to get all the correct details from me. <br> Thank you
