Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed

After buying a Gas Potjie Cooker Cover from Outdoor Warehouse at Fourways yesterday, I opened the sealed packet on arriving home, only to discover that the item inside was NOT for the POTJIE Cooker Top, but for the smaller regular cooker top (obviously a supplier problem). I called the Fourways store to complain and the Manager, Nomhle, made arrangements to deliver the correct product to me and collect the incorrect one. This is not the first time I have experienced an after-sales problem with Outdoor Warehouse and like my previous experience, they are more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

This is one of the reasons I can always recommend Outdoor Warehouse… they offer OUTSTANDING after-sales service!
