Campmor ******* sold by Outdoor warehouse

<p>Do not purchase Campmor products from outdoor warehouse.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently purchase a canvas 3 x 3 dome tent from outdoor warehouse in newmarket mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>The second time I used the tent the side straps started falling off. I took it back to outdoor warehouse and was told it needed to go to Campmor for repairs ( and they wanted to charge me for the delivery costs ) reluctant to get a brand new tent repaired, I accepted and they went ahead and sent it in to Campmor for repairs. I was informed a few weeks later that the tent had been repaired and I collected it again from outdoor warehouse in new market mall.</p> <p> </p> <p>I used it for the 3rd time this weekend and to my horror, the tent started leaking and I was left sitting up the whole night with the kids that were unable to sleep because all our blankets were wet, the stretchers were wet and the floor was soaking from the tent leaking in everywhere. I had to pack up early on Sunday morning and leave because there was nothing left in the tent that was dry!</p> <p> </p> <p>What was supposed to be a pleasant camping experience with the family, turned out to be a horrific nightmare because of a useless product that I have only used 3 times.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can understand this happening with a cheap tent purchased from Makro, but I do NOT expect this from a tent that cost over R4500.</p> <p> </p> <p>Avoid Campmor products sold by outdoor warehouse!</p> <p> </p>
