Camping fridge in for repairs for months

In October last year I took my Waeco camping fridge, which I bought from Outdoor Warehouse, in for repairs. After numerous queries I eventually got it back the beginning of February this year - still broken. I took it back and was told it would only take a couple of days. Again after several queries I was promised that it would be delivered last week Tuesday. I need the fridge urgently for the coming school holidays. Today I got a call to say they were still waiting for spare parts. I can't believe it! Almost 5 months now!
