Good Morning,<br> <br> I handed two of my Leatherman multi tools in for repairs just before Christmas to be repaired.<br> The person who helped me (Rebecca), told me that due to the December period it would take longer than usual to have the products repaired. I received a call from her in mid Jan to tell me that one of the tools had been repaired but the other one will be back shortly. Two days later I received a call again informing me that both can be collected. She was really friendly, helpful and super efficient. I would especially like to thank Rebecca for helping me. I often am in the store, sometimes to get camping goodies or just to browse, the staff are really helpful. Please keep up the good work, it is so nice to be in a store that is customer orientated.
