Bad quality product and shockingly bad service

<p>I purchased a Campmor Nevada Dome Tent from Outdoor Warehouse Belville, at the Willowbridge North Centre.</p> <p>The third time using the tent, the side strap's stiching came loose, and the strap fell off. I took the tent back to Outdoor Warehouse, and they told me "It needed to go to Campmor for repairs".</p> <p>After waiting almost two months the tent was "repaired" and ready to be collected. I made the 250km roundtrip from Piketberg to Outdoor Warehouse in Belville to collect the tent. I got home and erected the tent only to find that no repairs were actually made to the tent.</p> <p>I PAID R 3550,00 FOR A TENT THAT BROKE DURING THE THIRD USE!!!!!!?????</p> <p>THE TENT WAS SENT FOR REPAIRS, BUT AFTER ALMOST TWO MONTHS WAITING PERDIOD NOTHING WAS DONE??????</p> <p>Ek verstaan nie!! Hoe is dit moontlik???</p> <p> </p>
