Bad online service.

I bought goods online on 11 January. An hour or 2 later, I requested to cancel the order. I got an email back by Tersia Struis to request my order number. I rep**** with it but haven't heard anything back since. I sent 2 follow-up emails after that, but haven't gotten any feedback.

I taught that a place like outdoor warehouse would have better customer service than this. My family recommended it, but this was the 1st and last I buy from them. I need to trust the retailers where I buy my products.
