Bad client service!

I got 2 Led Lenser flashlights (SE05 &T7) as birthday presents in June 2017. Both this product have a 5 year waranty and this was told to me by the shop assistant whose name I do not have. When I took the products to Outdoior Warehouse (Woodlands Branch) the Manager (Rudi) was called and after a long conversation he let me understood that he will waste his time if he will send it in to his supliers. (As I could not present him with a proof of purchase.) I asked him then just send it in to fix, I will pay for it! I was told that they are not in the fixing business! Well done Outdoor warehouse you and Led Lenser have lost a client for life, but has gained a bad advertising agent!
