Back Country Cuisine

We recently purchased Back Country Cuisine Freeze dried Beef Mince from Outdoor Warehouse. Firstly the mince does not re-hydrate and this after 20min. The mince foams up and has a grey color. The taste is powdery, bland with no flavor at all. I have tasted other products of Back Country Cuisine and this is by far the worse.
