awesome service

This is actually my review & compliment i wanted to send. sorry, miss read the website :-) I am very pleased with the Somerset west Branch. I have been shopping there for the last 2 year and i am also a rewards member. I went to the branch for replacement poles for my tents and (i cant remember the guys name) helped me so nicely and did the assembly of the poles also. Yes i paid for the extra service which i gladly did, but if he didn't offer the service to me i wouldn't have known that they can help me. So awesome. Then i paid by Keagan at the POS station and left my Gazebo ropes on the desk while waiting for my poles to be fixed. I did some more shopping and when i left i forgot my 4 ropes there. 2 days after when we started packing for our trip, i realized i must have left my 4 ropes there. I called the next morning and Keagan confirmed that it is still there, they just couldn't find my nr to call me. I fetched it the next day and when i walked it, he walked straight up to me calling me on my name. Well done Somerset west branch on your great service i have always received and great Team - and to Keagan, keep it up, things like that will take you a long way.
