I ordered a backpack that is not stocked by this company and they went out of their way to source it and get it delivered on time (I was planning a trip & needed the pack at fairly short notice). The staff in general, but in particular Thulani was exceptionally helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. Well done for amazing service Thulani!
