Outdoor Marketing Heath Risk

Outdoor network has a advert. ******* bin across the road from my house. This bin has not been cleaned pre lockdown (level 5) It is now a health risk as it is now attracting flies, rodents, etc. I contacted the company who's advert appear on the bin. The person is very helpful and supportive. He sent an email to outdoor Marketing on 29Aug 2020.To date 09 September the bin has not been cleaned. The bin is not needed in a residential area & should be moved.
