Out Door Gardening Club **********ly signing up members and *****ing money

After paying what looked like a legitimate customsduty on a UPS account, I was redirected to outdoor garden club stating that my membership had been accepted.

I have no use for any membership or products on their site. I DID NOT accept any terms and conditions either. However, subsequent to that, amounts totaling over $72 were taken out of my bank account. I messaged them to say I never signed up, and that the membership was obtained **********ly, they only offered to refund me half the money they "STOLE" - They continuously patronize me by stating "I haven't yet taking advantage of a $15 dollar credit" - even through I have absolutely no use for any credit or products on their site ... I live in a different country and I have no garden or use for any of their products. They also state that I accepted the terms and conditions - which I never did. Why on earth would someone in south africa want to join an outdoor gardening membership in UK?????

They are acting **********ly, signing people up with ***** links, and then deducting money from accounts hoping users won't see it for a while. The offer of initially to refund a quarter of the money, then half of the money - shows they accept responsibility. No less than all the money ****** from my account will suffice.
