Excellent service and customer care

I ordered shoes online and it arrived two days later - perfect service. I then realised that I had ordered the incorrect size (totally my fault) and asked if they could assist with exchanging it. Charmaine went out of her way to make it work and within 2 days, I had the correct size shoes and the original order was returned to them.

The staff were helpful and solution driven - great service and customer care.
