Job left unfinished and contractor become non contactable to finish the job after 75% of payment made before job commenced

<p>Off cuts of Astro turf used for the job , very uneven patchy result with glue visible at seem lines and different looking patches. Contractor has gone awol... not answering calls or emails . Paid 75% for the job already and waiting for completion with unsatisfactory results after being promised they will be resolved ...</p>
