Wrong price and terrible service

My son went to buy a Leatherman Surge at this shop.It was clearly marked R2030.00. There was a sticker on the multitool with the price on it. He paid for it and left the shop. When we got to the car he saw that they gave him the wrong box.(The box was for a Leatherman Wave, but inside was the Surge. We could have left it at that, but he said he is going back to get the correct box in case something goes wrong with te multitool. Back in the shop they told him that it was the wrong price and that he had to pay R500.00 more to get the Surge. He said but that was the price and he only came back for the correct box. Odele phoned the Manager/Owner, Mr. Vorster. According to Odele,he said give back the money, he can,t have the product for the marked price. I phoned Mr. Vorster back several times on Saturday. Phoned the shop on Monday. Left several messages. Whatts app him. NO REPLY. They probably thought the best way to deal with the situation is to ignore it. Imagine if you buy a product at this shop and it is faulty or you have to take it back. The best client service is to ignore your phone calls and communication. Won't see me again.
