Worst service ever

Outdoor and Velocity Somerset West Mall has got to have the worst gm. Clearly this man, Ralph has no concept of customer service or the consumer act. Bought a co2 gun there, and within 2 months of having, it stops working. I take it back, and promises were made that the gun will be replaced within a week. Instead of the store contacting me to keep me up to date, I had to phone in every time. 2 months later and still nothing. Then Ralph says the gun will not be replaced as someone had worked on the gun previously, which means this store is not selling brand new items, which yet again is against the consumer act, as the items are being sold as brand new. Not only have you lost me as a long time loyal customer, but word is getting around. Very unprofessional, very rude, and very dishonest.
