What a **** shop

This is the most useless company I’ve ever done business with, I bought a very expensive wallet from them in September last year for a 70birthday gift 🎁 after 4 month ithe stitching started to come loose so I went back to the store in the Table Bay Mall to ssk the lady if she could replace it for me but as normal my request fell on deaf ears with the same old bul**** story I can do nothing for you I’ve got to get my head office to approve an exchange for you 3 months later no word from the lady in the store I even gave her the wallet to send to her head office, no wonder they about to close down ,
