Somerset mall refusing to refund a return

Somerset mall branch still haven't paid my refund after more than 3 weeks. They have made many promises but just can't seem to keep their word. Apparently it is against company policy to refund returns in cash so I had to give my banking details. I am appalled at their service and would strongly advise anyone to think twice before supporting this business.
