Service beyond expectation for sure.

I bought a Crossman 2240 Co2 Powered Pistol from Outdoor & Velocity online. Their website, payment and order confirmation were great, and followed by immediate communication regarding shipping. I then changed my mind about the order, considering a gas ram air rifle instead! I called the number on the website, spoke to Pieter, who was really helpful and gave good advice regarding my purchase, and was willing to cancel my order although I was in the wrong. Not only that, but I was also fully refunded on my credit card transaction within 24 hours! That is simply unheard of in South Africa, and some of the best service I have received in 15 years of online shopping.
