Ralph vorster...... this man will do anything to get your money, and apparently people know about him and the way he acts only done business 3 times and each time there's will be a problem and that man only do nothing to help me as a customer, I speak to the people at Cape gate to help me and they all just just chase me away, I must call him or Michelle they were not at all helpful and the shop of theirs it's tight and small and **** I can barely even move, and the quality of the products is cheap Chinese $5 shop quality and way overpriced even the Pistols a low-quality and brake on you is easy for the price you have to pay and the respect I get from Cape Gate as a coloured man I feel offended, the only bright side is the people at Somerset mall branch have more respect for their customers but unfortunately they did try to help me with my refund and how to get the money back but apparently the same story I have to wait for Ralph to call me and give me a proper answer because he's apparently boarding me and other customers and the shops can't get in hand with him
